CHD have recently partnered with welsh charity Welsh Hearts/ Calonnau Cymru, to deliver a cardiac screening programme throughout Wales.
The screening programme started in May 2016 and is currently running on a monthly basis all around Wales.
The screening consists of an ECG test and an ECHO scan if extra clarification is needed. This will identify most cardiac abnormalities that commonly go unnoticed, especially in young people.
